About Us

     The Belle Plaine United Methodist Church has been a part of the Belle Plaine community since 1871.  We are a church that emphasizes the theme of Open Hearts, Open Minds, Open Doors, by opening our hearts to God’s love and Jesus’ saving power, by opening our minds to the teaching of God’s word and by having a personal relationship with Christ thorough the power of the Holy Spirit. By opening our doors to all the possibilities of mission that God has in store for us, we share God’s love with others.  We invite you to come and join us as we grow closer to God through Worship, Sunday School Classes, Fellowship and Service to others.
